Terms of Service

1. Services

Volt Tech AI provides AI automation services including but not limited to server setup, workflow automation, AI chatbot development, voice agent deployment, CRM configuration, and digital marketing automation. The specific scope of services is defined in each project agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. For standard packages, payment is due before project commencement. For custom projects, a 50% advance is required with the remainder due upon project completion. Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each billing period.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you are not satisfied with our work within the first 14 days of delivery, we will either make the necessary revisions or provide a full refund. This guarantee applies to the initial delivery and does not cover changes in project scope.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, configurations, and automations created for your project become your property. We retain the right to use general methodologies and non-proprietary techniques in future projects. Third-party tools and services (n8n, Botpress, etc.) are subject to their own licensing terms.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business data, credentials, or project details to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

6. Support & Maintenance

Support periods are included with each service package as specified. After the support period ends, you may opt for our monthly maintenance plan or manage the systems independently. We provide full documentation and training to ensure your team can operate independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

Volt Tech AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party hosting providers or services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. For monthly retainer services, services will continue until the end of the current billing period. Upon termination, we will provide all project files, documentation, and access credentials.
